When I went to the store to buy suchi and a small avocado one costed $6.50, I knew I had to learn how to make it so I eat it anytime I want for much cheaper!
(Yields: 1 roll, Serving: , Prep time: mins, Cook time: mins)
- 1 sheet of roasted seaweed nori
- 3 spoonful of cooked brown rice mixed with 1/4 teaspoon sushi vinegar (refer to recipe on how to cook rice)
- 3 slices avocado
- Soy Sauce
- Wasabi (optional)
Note: I use brown rice because it’s healthier and encourage you to do so too.
Here’s our main ingredients:
Put one sheet of roasted seaweed nori on a flat surface.
Spread rice over the seaweed sheet evenly. (Please make sure rice isn’t hot, otherwise it will break the nori)
Roll it up.
Now, you have the full roll ready to eat. Use a good knife to cut the sushi up.
Service with soy sauce.
