Sinfully Sweet Raw Vegan Chocolate Truffles
(Yields: 7 truffles, Serving: 2, Prep time: 15 mins)
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- 1 tablespoon black sesame powder
- 1/4 cup mixed walnuts and pecans
- 2 tablespoons chopped almonds
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/3 cup instant oatmeal
- 2 tablespoons blueberries
- 1 tablespoon dark cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon buckwheat flour (or buckwheat groats)
Add Later
- 1/4 cup oatmeal
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- 2 tablespoons almond meal/chopped almonds
- Shredded coconut (to sprinkle)s
Instructions
Add all the items aside from the “add later” ones in the blender.
Blend until mostly smooth and spoon it out.
Add the 1/4 cup oatmeal, raisin.
Then, the almond meal. Use a spoon to stir.
Now, you have two choices. You can either put it in the dehydrator for a day or two or in the freezer so it can harden.
I put it in the freezer as I didn’t have a dehydrator.
