(Yields: 1 glass, Serving: 1, Prep time: 15 mins)
- 1/2 beet
- 1 small apple
- 1/3 lemon, peel included
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 1/3 endive
- 4-5 strawberries
- A handful of raspberries
- 1/2 cup almond milk
Chop the apple and beet in smaller slices.
Add everything into the blender and blend until smooth.
(You may prefer this colder, if so you can freeze some of the fruits and veggies a day before)
