Fruit Water, the Ultimate way to Flavour Water Naturally

Drinking water on its own can be a little dull at times, particularly when we’re meant to drink about eight cups a day. However, did you know there are ways you can spice up your water so that it tastes better? One of the ultimate ways is to add fresh fruit. That’s healthier than softdrinks any day!

Fruits: Lemons, limes, oranges, grapefruit, blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, cranberries, raspberries, water melon, pineapple, kiwi fruit, pomegranates, water melons, pears and peaches.

(Option: Frozen or fresh)

Note: Make sure fruits are as ripe as it can be to add extra sweet flavour.

Vegetables: Cucumbers, Lemongrass

Herbs: Rosemary, mint, thyme, lavender, tarragon, basil, ginger

Flavour Enhancer: Honey, Vanilla

Items you need: Jug or jar to store the water, spoon to stir the fruit and ice blocks.

Wow, this heart shaped ice cube simply looks amazing, and would go so brilliant with the fruits in ice.

Simply try any fruit on its own, with other fruits, mix it with vegetables and herbs to see how you like it. I’d love to hear which flavour you like best!
