How to Fry with Oil without Destroying its Health Benefits

As we all know, heating oil destroys a lot of its health benefits. But after I read the The Liver Cleansing Diet by Sandra Cabot book, it has taught me a very smart way to cook with these oils with minimal damage. If you’re using oil to fry vegetables, put a little bit of water in the pan and heat the vegetables up. Put the heat on medium, and then add the oil afterwards. Be sure never to use high temperatures when it comes to heating oil and never wait for the oil to become boiling hot before putting in the vegetables.
