Feel Empowered to do Anything
It’s funny that as I’m writing this, I’m making plans for an exciting new trip (perhaps even on my own) to another state, planning all the places I want to go.
A year ago, I would’ve said, “HELL NO I would NEVER do it on my own. I don’t think I could do it!”.
Fear was a ruler of my life, and the thought of going out of my comfort zone scared me so much, that I’d rather just stay behind closed curtains all the time, even if it meant that I was living the same life. Even though I wanted to have adventures, I was way too scared.
What changed or empowered me?
As a person who constantly suffered from anxiety nausea (and got random bouts of nausea for no reason, and took a long time to calm), I feel as if I’m limited to many things and places. In the past, I’ve found it hard to even get out of my house because I couldn’t control the symptoms. They’d just randomly come while I was in a car, and I’d feel trapped.
Now, I barely get them anymore, since I started massaging my stomach and eating green smoothies (and more raw foods).
Honestly, it’s kind of freaky and weird in a way, that it’s just gone. It wasn’t like before, when it would just randomly come and plague me in darkness and I would feel as if it could happen any moment. Now, I still randomly get upset stomach or nausea, but it’s VERY short and doesn’t stay around for long.
So my answer to life: Start your day with a lot of lemon water and green smoothie packed with vegetables that you would usually not get a chance to eat.
My experiences tell me that when the body is nourished enough, it works better. Even moods can improve! You may find that you’re so much happier and more energetic than before!
But if I was to say that was the only thing that empowered me, then I’d be wrong.

I think finding that website has gotta be one of the best things that happened to my life. All I can say is, it is empowering, as in reading the contents on there literally made me feel as if anything in life is possible!
Sometimes, I think we all need a big wave of inspiration to motivate us. We don’t really think we “CAN” do something, because we don’t think enough of it. Having positive affirmations really do help, and reading about other people’s experiences and inspirational messages often gives us a little push!
One thing I’ve learned is that what you can do starts in the mind. If you don’t believe you can do something, you’ll likely shut it out forever and the result is, it becomes true, that you never really do it. If you believe you CAN, then you will take steps in making it happen.
The distance between what you can and can’t do in life is merely a thought away. Believe you can, and you will!
Bbecause when you think you can’t do something, you shut the possibly out completely, and of course, there’d be no chance of anything happening.
Go out there and make the best out of life, have adventures, have FUN. If there’s one thing I’d wish upon you, it would be to find what makes you the happiest! Only then does your life have purpose.
