Goji Berries, Red Dates and Longan Tea
Goji berries, red dates and longans are perfect for revitalising the body, tonify the blood and promote overall well being and longevity. Drink this once a day for its maximum benefits.

Ingredients
- 5 dried longans
- 2-5 dried red dates (jujubes)
- 1 tablespoon goji berries
- 2 cups of water
Instructions
Give the dried longans, red dates and goji berries a quick rinse.
Add all the ingredients into a pot and bring it to a boil, then use medium heat to cook for about 10 minutes until the tea is a golden brown colour.
For convenience sake, you can boil a large pot to drink over the week!
